SING OUT LOUD FESTIVAL
Sing Out Loud Festival is the annual, epic celebration of live entertainment in the Nation’s Oldest City, St. Augustine, FL. Featuring a diverse mix of over 100 national, regional, and local artists, the festival spans multiple weekends in September and includes free and ticketed events across a dozen venues. The marquee event, the Live Wildy Showcase, will be held in downtown St. Augustine on Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21.
Accessibility
An ADA platform with accessible seating and sunshade will be available on-site at Francis Field. For assistance, visit the Info Booth inside the festival grounds. ADA bathrooms will also be available.

As in previous years, Sing Out Loud will include free local artist showcases, community events, select ticketed events, artist development programs, and more. Francis Field is an open-air special events field located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, within walking distance of downtown hotels and biking distance from the beach and historic sites. Age Restrictions
Sing Out Loud Festival’s Live Wildly Showcase is open to all ages but is not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with a paid adult.
Bag Policy & Cushions
Approved Bags and Cushions:
- Bags, totes, or purses smaller than 12"x6"x12".
- Clear plastic bag smaller than one gallon.
- Non-metal seat cushion without pockets, arms, or zippers.
- Diaper bag.
- Medically necessary bags (permitted after proper inspection).
Non-approved Bags and Cushions:
- Backpack.
- Plastic bag with printed pattern.
- Metal seat cushion with pockets, arms, or zippers.
- Over-sized tote bag.

Tickets for Sing Out Loud Festival’s Live Wildly Showcase are available exclusively via our official ticketing partner, AXS. Tickets can be purchased via the official Sing Out Loud Festival website, AXS, and in person at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office.
Purchasing tickets from any source other than the official festival website, AXS, or The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office is done at the buyer’s own risk. Tickets purchased through third-party sellers may not be valid for entry and cannot be verified.

Digital Tickets & Wristbands
- Digital Tickets & Wristbands
- GA ticket holders will receive digital tickets only.
- GA+ and Platinum ticket holders will receive both digital tickets and festival wristbands for access to exclusive areas.
- Wristbands will be shipped to the mailing address entered at checkout.
- Digital ticket and wristband fulfillment, including ticket transfers, will begin in August. If a GA+ or Platinum ticket is transferred, the recipient must create an AXS Fan Account to accept the ticket.
- Upgrades can be made any time in the AXS app, subject to availability.
- Lost wristbands will require a $20 replacement fee and can be purchased at the Festival Box Office.
- Tickets purchased internationally will be available for pick up on the day of show at the festival Box Office. Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the original purchaser. Please present a valid photo ID, confirmation number, email, and credit card used for purchase.

Festival Environment
This is a standing-only festival; concert seating will not be available. If ADA accommodations are needed, please visit the Info Booth inside the festival grounds. Sun protection and hydration are highly encouraged—please visit the free water refill stations located around the festival grounds as often as needed.
Sing Out Loud Festival Rules:
- Be respectful of patrons, staff, and our beautiful city and beaches.
- For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to search upon entrance.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Drink responsibly. Intoxicated persons may be denied admittance to the event.
- This is a rain or shine event.

Payment Plans
Sing Out Loud Festival Payment plans are available for each ticket type through AXS.

Parking & Shuttle Services
Due to the closure of the Historic Downtown Parking Facility during the Live Wildly Showcase on September 20 & 21, onsite festival parking is not available. Attendees are encouraged to use the free satellite parking and shuttle services. Walking, biking, and shared ride services are also recommended. More information on parking and shuttle services will be released soon.

Re-entry
Festival attendees will be permitted to leave and re-enter the festival. However, they must display their digital tickets upon re-entry and are subject to search.

For the safety of fans, artists, guests, and staff, certain items are not allowed within the festival grounds. Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. Please visit the FAQs on our website for a full list of prohibited items. This includes, but is not limited to:

TRANSFERRING TICKETS
A ticket transfer allows you to digitally send each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS at no additional cost.
Important Transfer Information:
- Digital tickets cannot be transferred until fulfillment is complete in August.
- GA+ and Platinum ticket transfers require the recipient to create an AXS Fan Account to accept the ticket.
How Ticket Transfers Work:
- Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
- Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient’s information.
- On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
- The recipient will receive an email about the transfer and must create an AXS account (if they don’t already have one) to accept the tickets. Once completed, the tickets will be accessible via the AXS app.

Water Bottles
Bring your own empty, clear, reusable plastic water bottle to fill at our free filtered water stations throughout the festival. Both still and sparkling water will be available. Single-use plastic, metal, and glass containers are not permitted.
Weather Plan
This event is rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, safety is our priority. Any delays or changes due to weather will be communicated to ticket holders via email, social media, and the app, and our website.
