Burl

A burl is a large rounded outgrowth on the trunk or branchof a tree.Burlis also a rock band based in St Augustine,FL, that formed in 2012 when Dave Lowther (drums) and Alan Mills (guitar, vocals) met and merged their influences of post-hardcore, post-punk, and the obscure. The band has had a few incredible bassists over the years and Mitch Cheney is no exception, having joined Burl in 2022. Members of the group have played in various bands since the 1990s, including Terror Management Band, Sweep the Leg Johnny, Rumah Sakit, Telepathic Lines, Greenness, Hey!Tonal, Angry Son & many more.
