The Ruff'tons

The Ruff'tons are a melodic punk band originally formed in Rutherford County, North Carolina by lead singer and guitarist Marcos Encinias. They’re known for their high-energy live shows and equally memorable personalities. The Ruff'tons have established themselves as a staple in the western North Carolina punk scene.

After lineup changes throughout the years, The Ruff’tons evolved into a 4-piece powerhouse with Triston McKinney joining on drums in late 2020, Alex McKinney joining on bass in early 2023, and Johnathan Shackleton joining on lead guitar in late 2023.

The Ruff'tons are very active as a band, with an upcoming Album entitled “Goo” to come out within the year, consistent touring, and a passion for spreading their unique spin on melodic punk rock.
