The Beacon Showcase on Sept. 17

Local to St. Augustine, Florida, The Morrow Family Band a.k.a. MFB Ltd. is a father, mother, and daughter trio comprised of Jim, Melinda, and Dawn Morrow. MFB Ltd. is primarily an acoustic-based trio but also performs as a full band with other local musicians – featuring steel guitar, drums, and bass. They consider their genre to be Southern Americana, rooted in bluegrass and folk backgrounds.

Not only do they cover an eclectic mix of crowd-pleasing favorites, but they also have a climbing repertoire of originals streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, and more. They perform a mix of Top 40, Indie, Americana, Country, and Bluegrass music with a sound similar to artists such as Gillian Welch, Tom Petty, The Civil Wars, and Little Big Town.
