Sing Out Loud Festival’s Live Wildly Showcase is open to all ages but is not recommended for children under 8 years old. Children two and under will be admitted for free with a paid adult.

• Digital Tickets & Wristbands
• GA ticket holders will receive digital tickets only.
• GA+ and Platinum ticket holders will receive both digital tickets and festival wristbands for access to exclusive areas.
• Wristbands will be shipped to the mailing address entered at checkout.
• Digital ticket and wristband fulfillment, including ticket transfers, will begin in August. If a GA+ or Platinum ticket is transferred, the recipient must create an AXS Fan Account to accept the ticket.
• Upgrades can be made any time in the AXS app, subject to availability.
• Lost wristbands will require a $20 replacement fee and can be purchased at the Festival Box Office.
• Tickets purchased internationally will be available for pick up on the day of show at the festival Box Office. Tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the original purchaser. Please present a valid photo ID, confirmation number, email, and credit card used for purchase.

Sing Out Loud Festival Payment Plans are available for all ticket types through AXS.

First payment requires 20% down plus a $20 fee to enroll in the plan. Payments will then be applied evenly each month from initial purchase.

Payment Plan Details:

• Payment Plans are available until August 15, 2025.

• There is a one-time $20 payment plan enrollment fee, charged at initial checkout. 

• You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
• You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you do not select the payment plan, you'll be charged in full and there will be no account adjustments.
• Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
• No refunds or cancellations.
• Your order will not be fulfilled until it has been paid in full.

Festival attendees will be permitted to leave and re-enter the festival. However, they must display their digital tickets upon re-entry and are subject to search.

This is a standing-only event with limited seating available in the Food Village. ADA accommodations will be available upon request.

Up to eight (8) tickets can be purchased per order.

Your tickets will be added to your existing AXS account upon purchase. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one during the purchase process or you can sign up any time at AXS.com to manage your tickets.

How to Enter with AXS Mobile ID:

1. Download and open the AXS app.
2. Sign in to view your tickets.
3. At the venue entrance, show your digital ticket on your app for scanning.
4. Enjoy the event!

If you’re not arriving together, it’s best to transfer tickets to each guest prior to the event. This allows them to enter at their convenience using their own AXS Mobile ID.

A ticket transfer allows you to digitally send each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS at no additional cost.

Important Transfer Information:

• Digital tickets cannot be transferred until fulfillment is complete in August.
• GA+ and Platinum ticket transfers require the recipient to create an AXS Fan Account to accept the ticket.

How Ticket Transfers Work:

1. Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient’s information.
3. On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
4. The recipient will receive an email about the transfer and must create an AXS account (if they don’t already have one) to accept the tickets. Once completed, the tickets will be accessible via the AXS app.
