Produced by the same team that manages and operates The St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall and Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Series, the first Sing Out Loud Festival featured 130 acts representing an eclectic mix of genres, from indie rock to folk, country, comedy, and blues, performing at 10 different venues, including The Backyard Stage at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre and intimate downtown spaces.

National acts such as Kacey Musgraves, Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, The Decemberists, Jenny Lewis, Kurt Vile and St. Paul & the Broken Bones began to grace the stages, complementing performances by local and regional musicians.
