As we gear up for another unforgettable year of Sing Out Loud, it’s crucial to get all your ticketing details in order. Whether you’re a General Admission, GA+, or Platinum ticket holder, we’ve got you covered with everything you need to know about digital tickets, wristbands, and box office information. Read on to ensure smooth sailing from the moment you step foot in the festival!

Digital Ticket Information

  • Claiming Your Ticket

First things first—make sure you’ve set up your Vivenu account. This is where your digital tickets will be stored. Once you receive your tickets, you will need to save them in your mobile wallet for quick and easy access. To access your Vivenu account, please visit Vivenu. Please click on the Sign In button in the top right of the page. 

  • Ticket Types

All tickets are digital, whether you purchased General Admission, General Admission Plus or Platinum tickets. You are required to show your digital ticket to enter into the festival. 

  • Delivery Date

Mark your calendars! Digital tickets will start appearing in your Vivenu account starting September 6 at 10:00 AM. When your barcode is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email from Vivenu. Remember to place your tickets in your mobile wallet for quick access. 

Wristband Information

  • Handling Your Wristband

Only GA+ and Platinum ticket holders will receive wristbands. Please do *not* tighten or put on your wristband until the event! It’s crucial that your wristband remains intact and functional until you're ready to enter.

  • Wristband Perks

These GA+ or Platinum wristbands grant you access to exclusive lounges and premium viewing areas, adding a touch of luxury to your festival experience. Make sure you keep it safe until the festival starts.

  • Shipping Date

Wristbands for GA+ and Platinum tickets started shipping out on August 12 to the address provided at checkout. If you have not received your wristband, please ensure that you entered your mailing address into your Vivenu account. Please note, after September 6, wristbands will no longer be shipped and will be available for pickup at Will Call during the festival.

  • Transferred Tickets

If you purchased tickets for someone else, make sure to transfer the digital ticket via your vivenu account and that they accept the transferred ticket. If you transfer tickets after wristbands have been shipped, it is the original purchaser's responsiblity to deliver the wristband to the new ticketholder. 

Important Reminders

  • Upgrades

Feeling like you want to elevate your festival experience? Upgrades are available on-site at the festival. Just visit our Box Office with your ID and original wristband. Keep in mind that if you don't have the original wristband, a $20 replacement fee will apply.

  • Lost Wristbands

If you misplace your wristband, don’t panic! Replacements can be obtained at the on-site Box Office for a $20 fee.

Box Office and Will Call Location

If you need to pick up your wristbands on-site or have any ticketing issues, head to our Box Office, located at the corner of Cordova and Orange Street, right at the entrance of the Live Wildly Showcase. Here’s when we’ll be open:

- Thursday, September 19: 10 AM - 5 PM

- Friday, September 20: 10 AM - 5 PM

- Saturday, September 21: 10 AM - 10 PM

- Sunday, September 22:10 AM - 10 PM
